Nothing will really change for the better in the world until it changes for each of
us as individuals, until we can each see the possibility that it can be a kinder,
better, more loving place. THAT is what you are doing, one day, one act of
kindness, one AMOK at a time: Showing people how kind the world has the
potential to be.
AMOK (Random Acts’ Annual Melee of Kindness) is one of those windows in life
where we have a chance to experience how our daily lives can be engines for
spreading kindness, where we can show others what the world can be, where
we ask: Just how much kindness can we accomplish during a 48 hour stretch?
Where we come together as a community and set our imaginations alight with
ideas of a kinder world!
This year’s event takes place on April 27 – 28, and I cannot wait to see anything
and everything you all do. You better believe I will be scrolling through every
#AMOKRA19 post and fueling myself with the inspiration needed to keep
fighting with all I’ve got to make this a better world. Let’s do this. Let’s keep
inspiring each other until no one is left out of this beautiful oasis of kindness we
create.
As always, sending epic amounts of love your way!
