Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Random Acts has been working diligently to make sure that we spread our message of kindness to make the most impact. Through the Random Acts Support Program, our goal is to “help the helpers” – to get funds to those organizations that are on the frontlines, helping folks to make their way through this crisis.
One of the ways we are doing that is by working with the Feed Hero Nurses program. We can announce that Random Acts, along with Feed Hero Nurses and Postmates, are teaming up with Subway® Restaurants to help get even more food to these essential medical workers.
Fresh Food Fast
From May 4-10, Subway® Restaurants will donate a 6-inch sub to healthcare workers in the U.S. for every Subway® Restaurants order purchased through Postmates with a value of $15 or more. These donated subs will be coordinated through the Feed Hero Nurses program and Postmates, to be delivered directly to hospitals.
Feed Hero Nurses
Medical workers have been working non stop to help contain the spread of COVID-19. In the midst of this crisis, Feed Hero Nurses have found a way to help; getting nutritious food to these workers during their short breaks, so they can focus on rest and recovery. We are big advocates of taking care of yourself so that you can take care of others — and relieving them of this worry is one way we can help.
