This holiday season, each staff member had $150 to put towards an #RAHolidayKindness act of their choice. Although we encourage spreading kindness all year long, the holiday season is an extra special time to focus on sharing our love, time, and resources with others.
Culture and Communication Students Explore London
Students in a Culture and Communication program in France spend time learning all about English culture, like English Gastronomy, the world of Harry Potter, architecture, literature and history. Perhaps the most exciting part of the program is a three-day and two-night trip to London, where students can explore the architecture, history, and food that they worked so hard to study.
Delivering Kindness: Helping a Mom Support Her Kids
Maria found herself in an incredibly difficult situation. Suddenly, she was a de facto single mother of five children, including a newborn. In addition to the obvious financial and legal difficulties that the situation presented, Maria and her family also continued to face harassment and gossip. Rebekah wanted to help Maria with basic necessities for her children and reached out to Random Acts for help funding that support.
