In this time so rife with disparities and injustice, it becomes particularly important to find the reasons for hope, the patches of light in dark days. And you, my friends, are mine. You, Random Acts team of staff and supporters, you are out there every day reminding all that this world can be a kind, supportive, and loving place. And as we move from E4K (wherein so many of you rallied to put your unique goodness and supportive spirit out into the world) into Giving Tuesday and Holiday Kindness season, please carry with you always the knowledge that you are achieving what many think impossible. You are making this world a hopeful place one act, one donation, one supportive gesture at a time, and there is no measuring the magnitude of how that will ripple out.
